"I'm the descendent of a family where art took, throughout the ages, a major post. My ancestors (forefathers) counted amongst their relatives the famous artists Joachim Beukelaar 16th and Romain Steppe, a romantic painter of marine scenery who lived during the second half of the early 19th century. During my childhood, I began to acquire a vivid passion of the Art of Painting, and I soon started to become an enthusiastic collector. But as this only met the needs of a part of me, I started to grow in merchandising art."
Nowadays François-Xavier de Beukelaer runs a very peculiar gallery where sociability meets professionalism. Exposed in a 19th century gentleman's house, people can enjoy his kind and warm, yet reliable advices without any crafty promises.
His mastership stands for a certain amount of time and still is outgrowing to a strong confident market.
